The Vehicle Check functionality includes the our standard Vehicle Check Form that can be turned on from the Preferences Menu, under the General Settings tab.
With this enabled, the Vehicle Check Form will be set to appear automatically to Users for them to fill in when they start a Shift. This requires the Shifts functionality to be turned on.
If there may be cases were the User doesn’t need to complete a Vehicle Check Form on every Shift, a skip button can be added to the Form to bypass it. Please contact WorkPal Support if you wish to have a skip button enabled for your Vehicle Check.
The Vehicle Check can also be set to appear on the Home Screen, so that Users can complete a Vehicle Check at any time.
