Logins are created in the format of an email address. These logins do NOT have to correspond with active email addresses, they are used similarly to a username.

Passwords are generated randomly by the WorkPal system and cannot be accessed or recovered by our Support Team for security reasons.

Recovering Your Password

If you have saved your log-in and password within the Google browser, you can recover these by clicking the three dots at the top right of the browser, and choosing Google Password Manager. Then type in WorkPal to find and retrieve the saved password for the site.

Resetting Your Password

If you have lost your password, it can be reset by a logged-in user through the Users page on WorkPal. For more info, see our Guide on Resetting Passwords.

Saving Your Password

When you have signed in with your new password, Google Chrome may prompt you to save your new username and password with the Password Manager. This is a safe and easy way to store your details. It also makes these details available for Autocomplete to fill-in the next time you need to sign in.
