Version Inconsistencies

When an update for the WorkPal app is released, the app will attempt to update to the latest version when you try to log in. This may present problems if the current version of the app on the device is several versions old.

As new features are added to WorkPal, this sometimes creates incompatibilities between versions. When this happens, generally you will receive the "Downloading..." message upon attempting to sign in, but this will continue indefinitely, without ever logging you in. To rectify this issue, Users can delete the WorkPal app entirely from their device, before searching for it again on your devices App Store, and downloading the most recent version.

IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU SHOULD ALWAYS KEEP YOUR WORKPAL APP OPEN UNTIL THE OUTBOX ON THE HOME SCREEN HAS REACHED ZERO, BEFORE DELETING THE APP. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF DATA.

Still Experiencing Issues

Upon updating, Users may find that the issue is still can still be observed. In such case, the User should hold down the "WP" log and choose to log-out of their WorkPal app before logging-in again. Users should take note of their password if they haven't already before completing their log-out. If Users continue to experiencing issues after updating, they should contact support@workpal.app, ideally providing screenshots / screen captures of what they were doing when the issue occurred.
