Pro Tips & Notes
-
Select the right form: Always choose the form that best matches the job requirements. For example, use a safety checklist for field work or a Gas Safety Form for boiler service jobs. This ensures compliance and captures the correct information every time.
-
Attach multiple forms if needed: Some jobs may require more than one form. You can attach multiple forms to a single job to cover all necessary checks and documentation.
-
Understand draft forms: If you exit a form before completing it, the form will be saved as a draft. Only the person who created the draft can complete it. To avoid delays, make sure you finish the form fully and confirm that its status changes to Completed rather than staying in draft.
