Once exported, Reports can be further refined in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
For example, below shows how to refine the Absence Report to only show Absences for only one User:
To do this, click on the letter at the top of the column where the Employees are listed. This will select the whole column. In this case the employees are listed in Column F:
Then select the “Filter” option from the top toolbar:
A dropdown arrow should appear in the first cell top of the Column, selecting this will then allow you to Filter by Employee:
When clicking OK, the report will adjust to only show the applicable rows. The report can then be saved in this state.
