Enhanced File Downloading on WorkPal

We have released an improved feature on WorkPal that improves the way you download and manage files. This update streamlines the process while maintaining the familiar workflow you are used to. The key enhancement is the addition of a File Button which is where all downloaded files will now be accessible for easy access. (see screenshot below)

Select the job you want to export the information from,  Select files that you wish to export the same way as before by clicking the export files button along the bottom of the screen and choose what you want to have downloaded. See screenshot below.

After selecting the files that you wish to download, click the Export button. You will then be prompted to enter a Job Files Export Description (optional). Once completed, simply click Download to proceed.

Once the export is complete, you can retrieve your files by clicking the new File Button, located next to the question mark icon at the top of the WorkPal interface (screenshot below) and by clicking the Download icon in the right-hand column, all files will be downloaded as a ZIP file for easy access and organisation.

You can also select a batch of Forms directly from the Forms page and they will now download to the Batch Export Log page above.
