If your WorkPal contains a large number of Assets (10,000+), this can eventually cause the performance of the app to degrade on Android devices. On Mobile, this information gets saved to type of short-term memory or “cache” so it can be quickly accessed when needed again.

When this cache becomes full, this can impede the performance of the app. To rectify this, we advise that the affected User waits for their Outbox to clear (the Outbox counter on the WorkPal app Home Screen should read zero), then carry out the following steps to clear the apps cache:

 

1. From the devices Home Screen, Select Settings:

2. Select Apps from this menu:

 

3. Locate and select the WorkPal app in the Apps menu:

4. Select Storage:

 

5. Select Clear Data and then Clear Cache:
