Check to ensure your URL is correct

If a server move has just taken place, your site may be at a new address. The Support Team will inform you of this by email before it is carried out. The current server address is [yourbusinessname].workpal.cloud.

 

Clear your Cache

Your computer saves certain web items to memory to save time loading web pages. These saved web items can sometimes become conflicted between WorkPal updates, leading to problems accessing or logging-in to WorkPal. Clearing the cache will solve these conflicts. You can do this by opening chrome, pressing CTRL, Shift and Delete at the same time, then clearing the cache in the dialog box that appears. Just ensure that the time range is set to "All Time" and the "Cached Images & Files" box has been ticked.
