Updating the WorkPal App

For iPhones (iOS):

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll down to see apps with pending updates.
  4. Tap Update All or Update next to WorkPal.

For Android Devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon and select Manage apps & device.
  3. Under Updates available, find the WorkPal app.
  4. Tap Update All or Update next to WorkPal.

Updating Your Device’s Operating System

For iOS Devices:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
  2. If an update is available, tap Download and Install.

For Android Devices:

  1. Open Settings and navigate to System > Software Update.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to check for and install updates.
